Intro
We’re not very rigid with plans at Pado Labs; in fact, we sometimes change plans during the day. This happened yesterday when we decided to shift our focus to improving Chart Narrative.
Chart Narrative
For those who aren’t familiar with our new product, here’s a quick demo of what it offers.
Chart Narrative provides an interactive analysis of key events during specific periods that led to price fluctuations.
Chart Narrative was actually a proof-of-concept for a killer feature that was going to be integrated into our original platform Philo. But we envisioned something that’s even better.
What if you could select any period in time and instantly access narratives that explain the key factors driving price fluctuations? What if we expanded to include more assets like bonds, currencies, ETFs, and crypto? What if you were notified in real-time about these events and could see how they are affecting prices?
Sounds pretty cool, right? We’re not sure if it’s even possible, haha 🤣, but we decided to pursue this idea to help more investors stay ahead of the game. Whether you’re a fundamentalist or a day trader, we want to provide something beneficial for all investors.
Why is this important?
We’ve interviewed many investors and discovered that while data is important, the time to act on it is even more crucial for some. For fundamentalists who focus on reading 10-Ks, this concept might not resonate. However, the reality is that some data has an expiration date, much like a carton of milk. If you don’t use it in time, it’s not worth bothering with. That’s why “data digestion” is a crucial part of some investors’ lives.
Regardless of investment styles, data digestion is essential. Even fundamentalists, who have been using tools like FinChat, appreciate these tools because they speed up the decision-making process.
At Pado Labs, we focus on data digestion. We don’t claim to create alphas; rather, it’s you—the investors—who discover them. We’re here to help investors digest information faster so they can truly find their Polaris.

We’re going to add two assets that people are interested in: NASDAQ(indices) and BTC(crypto). We’ll try to deliver ASAP. Probably by next Monday or so.
